1. How do you work?

Our goal is to  capture the most authentic moments of your wedding day that will reflect in a unique and personal wedding film.  We always are discrete while working, making sure not to distract you from enjoying the moment. Though, if needed we can step up and guide you accordingly. What we aim for is to create a final film that is honest and reflective of how your special day looked and felt.

2. What is the booking procedure?

When you’re ready to get in touch, we can have a video call meeting where we can discuss in detail about your wedding videography. A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the package you choose will be required to officially book your day. After that you will receive confirmation of the payment and a written agreement for you to sign with all the details of your chosen package.

3. Do you offer photography services as well?

 No, we don’t. We specialize only in videography but can definitely recommend some amazing photographers that we think do incredible work. Just ask and we’ll send you some of our top suggestions.

4. Do you shoot alone or do you have an assistant or second shooter?

This depends on the package you will choose. Some of them include a second shooter some others include only one.

5. Do we get to choose our own music for the final film?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The music we use for your wedding films is copyrighted which we purchase especially for your film based on the tone and emotions that emerge from your day. Although, amendments can be made only once to the delivered film if the clips or music that was used don’t fit your taste.

6. How long is your delivery time?

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible after your wedding/ christening day. Usually it takes 4 - 6 months for the final film to be delivered. 

Videography requires a lot of post production that has to be done for a phenomenal result, this includes finding the best shots, editing and creating the story, color correcting and grading, more editing, re-cuts, minor adjustments, the last final touches and critiquing to ensure the absolute best results. There is, however, an option for express delivery with extra charge that can be added to the final package.

7. Will my film feature on your website and social media?

Even though we reserve the intellectual rights to the film, if you wish to keep your film private we can of course not publish it on our website or social media. We only use selected wedding films to be displayed on our website and social media that showcase different editing styles, out of the many that our team has worked on.

8. Do you cover wedding/ christenings anywhere in Cyprus or abroad?

Yes, we do! We are happy to capture your most special moments and we can travel to anywhere in Cyprus or abroad to do so.

9. Do you provide raw material as well?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. We aim to deliver high - quality films and that entails not sharing the raw material of the day. So it’s kind of like building a house, you need the bricks and the wood but if they are left by themselves they’re just materials, you need to put them together to create a beautiful house. If you decide to hire us, you will do so because you like the videos you have seen which is the final product of an extensive process. Good results take time and hard work. You should rest assured that having us on board means that you can rely on us.

10. Can we make any changes to the package we choose?

The wedding and christening packages are fixed but you can always make adjustments by adding our available extra services.
